No small feat! The bushings for the tuners require 23/32” holes. I managed to find a drill bit to fit the bill (although it was for high speed steel). I had to borrow a drill that had a 1/2” chuck since my drill only handles bits up to a 3/8” shank. I managed to drill the wholes with minimal tear out. After filling and sanding, it will hardly be noticeable since it will be covered by the tuner plates on the outside and bushings on the inside. Next step -- Carve the Bridge!

Tuner Holes
